Your Health Partnership PCN within Sandwell and West Birmingham Hospitals Trust seeks a salaried GP for 9 sessions on a 12-month fixed-term maternity leave cover. The role blends clinical work across multiple sites with opportunities for portfolio interests and hospital activity, including teaching and staff appraisal.

The post requires full GMC registration and a GP register entry within 6 months of interview; MRCGP or equivalent is expected.

Formación

• Full GMC registration is required.
• Entry on the GMC GP Register within 6 months of interview.
• MRCGP or equivalent qualification is essential.
• Experience taking full and independent responsibility for patient care.
• Ability to organise and prioritise workload effectively.

Responsabilidades

• Work as a full member of the clinical and managerial team in the YHP PCN.
• Provide a full range of medical services to patients across PCN sites.
• Plan a portfolio of salaried sessions alongside specialist interests and hospital work.
• Teach clinical skills to medical, nursing staff and other disciplines.
• Appraise junior doctors and other staff.
