Job summary

Guide Post Medical Group in Northumberland is inviting applications for a Salaried GP post. The practice offers 4-6 clinical sessions per week and a patient list of around 8,000 with high QOF achievement.

You will work in a friendly, democratic team with protected CPD and mentoring, including development of special interests; home visits are occasionally scheduled and Enhanced Access is provided to share sessions among GPs.

Qualifications

• Recent experience of working in UK general practice.
• Commitment to multi-disciplinary team work and NHS standards (QOF).
• Ability to take full and independent responsibility for clinical care.
• Excellent patient manner and communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide GP services in 4-6 clinical sessions per week.
• Deliver home visits as required.
• Maintain patient records and participate in audits.
• Support CPD and ongoing professional development.
