We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Salaried GP to join our friendly and welcoming team at Jubilee Field Surgery in Yatton Keynell, serving a patient population of approximately 4,900 patients. This is a fixed-term post, initially until 31st August 2027.
The post will be for 4 sessions per week, worked across Wednesdays and Fridays, with flexibility around the exact sessional timetable where possible.
Our core practice team consists of 3 GPs and 3 Practice Nurses, supported by our wider clinical and administrative teams. We pride ourselves on maintaining a friendly, supportive and collaborative working environment, with a strong sense of community within the practice.
As a smaller practice, we are able to offer a more personal approach to patient care, with a strong emphasis on continuity of care and developing positive relationships with our patients. We retain the feel of a traditional family practice whilst embracing new ideas and adapting to the changing needs of general practice.
We are looking for a GP who shares our commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centred care and who will enjoy working within a close-knit practice environment.
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to become an integral part of our team and play an active role in the continued development of our services. We welcome innovative ideas and are keen to support someone who would like to contribute to shaping the future of the practice.
If you are looking for a role where you can make a real difference to a well-established local patient population, within a supportive and forward-thinking practice, we would be delighted to hear from you.
Informal visits to the practice are most welcome – please contact Tom Peters (Practice Manager) on the email address above if you would like to arrange a visit, or if you have any further questions.
