Your Role
You'll manage a varied caseload across 6 sessions per week, delivering outstanding care to our patients. You will be responsible for:

What We Offer
The post-holder will manage a caseload and deal with a wide range of health needs in a primary care setting, ensuring the highest standards of care for all registered and temporary patients.

You will also collaborate within the Primary Care Network and adhere to all relevant policies and guidelines. Maintaining an interest in training and education, contributing to team development, and attending relevant training are also expected.
