Job summary

Pennine GP Alliance Limited is seeking a newly qualified GP to join the Central PCN, Calderdale within West Yorkshire. The role involves working across several Good-rated practices within the PCN, under a GMS contract, with supervision and ongoing professional development.

You will manage a caseload, provide face-to-face and telephone consultations, and perform home and care home visits as part of delivering patient-centred care across the network.

Qualifications

• Newly qualified GP required for Central PCN, Calderdale in West Yorkshire.
• Will work across multiple practices within the PCN.
• Sponsor organisation for Skilled Workers.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload with day-to-day autonomous work and professional supervision.
• Conduct face-to-face and telephone consultations.
• Perform patient home visits and care home visits as needed.
• Check and sign repeat prescriptions.
• Handle queries, paperwork and correspondence.
• Lead on clinical management, investigations, referrals, and care plans.
