Responsibilities

• Deliver highly effective medical care to the entitled population
• Provide services commensurate with the GMS/Extended Access contract
• Prescribe generically and in line with local and national guidance
• Maintain accurate clinical records and manage referrals
• Work collaboratively within the PCN and attend meetings as required
• Contribute to quality improvement and learning within the team
