Job summary

Qualifications

• GMC registered medical practitioner with licence to practise.
• MRCGP or equivalent experience.
• CPD in line with GMC requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide high quality, patient-centred clinical care.
• Hold responsibility for a defined personal patient list.
• Work autonomously with independent clinical judgement.
• Review and action blood test results promptly.
• Process incoming clinical correspondence and hospital letters.
• Deliver face-to-face, telephone, and digital consultations.
• Maintain GMC-compliant clinical documentation.
