Job summary

Abbeyview Surgery in Crowland, Peterborough, is seeking a Salaried GP to join our friendly and supportive team for 4–6 sessions per week. You will provide high-quality, patient-centred care as part of a multidisciplinary team, with opportunities for professional development and a competitive package.

The post is under the 2026/27 GP reimbursement scheme aimed at increasing capacity and access to same-day care, with a welcoming working environment and focus on work-life balance.

Qualifications

• MBBS or equivalent and GMC registration are required.
• GP Register and MRCGP or equivalent are essential.
• Experience in UK general practice and commitment to CPD are expected.

Responsibilities

• Face-to-face and telephone consultations.
• Assessment and management of acute and chronic conditions.
• Support urgent/same-day patient care.
• Prescribing and medication reviews; referrals as needed.
• Clinical administration and results management.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team.
• Contribute to practice development and governance.
