Job summary

Royal College of General Practitioners is seeking a Salaried GP in West Sussex. The post offers 6–8 sessions weekly, with around 15 consultations per session and 15-minute appointment times, backed by a robust clinical support team.

The practice is training-focused with opportunities for teaching and developing specialist interests, supported by a well managed admin and teaching environment.

• GMC registered GP
• Included on the NHS Performers List
• Right to work in the UK

Responsibilities

• Salaried GP role with 6–8 sessions per week.
• Manage a workload of about 15 consultations per session.
• Provide 15-minute appointment slots.
• Be part of a training practice with opportunities to teach.
• Collaborate with a stable Partners and Salaried GPs team.
• Engage with a strong clinical support team (nurses, PAs, HCAs, pharmacists).
