Job summary

Royal College of General Practitioners in West/Central London is seeking an enthusiastic GP to join our innovative teaching practice. We have a large multi-disciplinary team of 14 doctors, 1 practice nurse, 6 HCAs, 6 pharmacists, GP Trainees and 21 admin staff.

We care for a list of ~20,000 patients and use innovative ways of working to support our doctors. The ethos is empathy and respect while maintaining outstanding clinical practice; salary starts from £12,000 with negotiable days and

Qualifications

• Enthusiastic GP to join a large multi-disciplinary team.
• Mentorship and support for newly qualified GPs.
• Opportunity to sit in with specialists (paediatrics/geriatrics).
• Negotiable days and numbers on sessions.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 15 face-to-face appointments in the morning and 10 in the afternoon per day.
• Handle 3 telephone slots in AM and PM.
• Participate in in-house specialist clinics (paediatrics/geriatrics).
• Attend regular clinical meetings and peer support sessions.
• Provide mentorship for junior GPs.
