Job summary

West Somerset Healthcare in Williton and Watchet is seeking a Salaried GP to cover sickness for 12 months, working six sessions per week on a fixed-term contract.

You will join seven GP partners supported by a wide team of clinical and support staff, delivering care to a list of around 10,700 patients across the Williton and Watchet surgeries. An excellent financial package and friendly team are on offer, and visits before applying are welcomed.

Salaried GP – 12 month fixed term contract - West Somerset Healthcare

We are looking for a GP to work for six sessions per week on a fixed term contract for 12 months to provide sickness cover for one of our GP partners.

Working as part of our friendly and dynamic team you will work alongside seven GP partners supported by an extensive team of dedicated clinical and support staff providing services to our list of 10,700 patients at Williton and Watchet surgeries.

We are a member of the West Somerset Primary Care Network which boasts the Living Better project, a multi-agency approach to providing patient care with support from community complex care nurses, a complex care GP, Village Agents, pharmacists, mental health workers, care co-ordinators and in-house first contact physiotherapists.
