Royal College of General Practitioners near Worcester is seeking a Salaried GP to join a supportive semi-rural dispensing practice. The role is 6-7 sessions per week with 10-minute consultations and a maximum of 15 patients per session.

There is a strong focus on teamwork and clinical autonomy, with substantial training investment and a broad support network from a Clinical Pharmacist, nurses and a Medical Secretary.

We are working with a highly supportive, semi-rural dispensing practice near Worcester, looking to welcome a Salaried GP for 6-7 sessions per week.

Caring for approximately 9,750 patients, this practice places real emphasis on teamwork, clinical quality and creating a positive working environment for its GPs.

The Role

• 6-7 sessions per week.

• Ideally Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday, plus either Monday or Thursday morning.

• 10-minute consultations, with a maximum of 15 patients per session.

• Around £11,000 per session per annum, with increased remuneration available depending on experience.
