One thing we are especially proud of is how well we support new GPs. Whether you are newly qualified or just new to us, you will never be left feeling stuckour Duty Doctor each day has no booked patients and is there purely to help with queries and provide backup in our acute hub. We also have all face to face as 15-minute appointments and contacts are capped at 25 a day. We are an EMIS Web practice and run a hybrid system of acute, on-the-day triage alongside planned, pre-booked appointments. There are also great opportunities for portfolio working, including roles within the local Integrated Care Team and other evolving PCN projects. We really do enjoy working togetherdaily coffee catchups and practice-funded socials are part of the culture. It is a genuinely friendly place to land.
