Millcroft Medical Centre in Crewe seeks an autonomous practitioner to provide high-standard medical services to the practice population, aligned with the GMS contract and GMC guidelines.
The post holder will contribute to effective practice management and maintain a positive, collaborative relationship with the multidisciplinary team, supporting ongoing professional development and high-quality patient care.
To work as an autonomous practitioner, responsible for the provision of medical services to the practice population, delivering an excellent standard of clinical care whilst complying with the GMS contract. Furthermore, the post-holder will adhere to the GMC standards for good medical practice, contributing to the effective management of the practice, leading by example, maintaining a positive, collaborative working relationship with the multidisciplinary team.
Working days include Thursday and Friday
We are a growing practice with a population of over 32,000 patients working within a purpose built practice in Crewe, Cheshire. We are an Emis-Web, Docman, Accurx, paper light practice. We are a friendly, open and transparent practice whose goal is to provide the highest standards of health care to our patients through a team approach. We are an innovative, forward thinking practice with high achievements in local and national targets. We are a training practice and full support and mentoring is given to the salaried GP team.
Our current team has a full complement of allied health professionals including, Seven GP Partners, Salaried GPs, Nurse Practitioners, Paramedic, Mental Health Workers, Practice Nurses, Physiotherapist, SPLW, Pharmacists, Business Manager, Practice Manager and a complement of highly skilled support staff.
