A healthcare organization in Crewe seeks a full-time Salaried GP to provide high-quality patient-centered care. The successful candidate will manage a diverse patient list and undertake various responsibilities within primary care, including effective long-term condition management. Candidates must be qualified GPs with full GMC registration and knowledge of relevant IT systems. The position offers a competitive salary of £11,500 per session depending on experience.
We are looking to recruit a full time Salaried GP post (part-time would be considered) due to our expanding list size (currently around8000 patients).
We are an EMIS based dispensing practice withan emphasis on high quality patient centred care. Our main site is inMadeley (CW3 9NQ) with our Branch site at Baldwins Gate (ST5 5DA) and we are partof Newcastle South PCN.
We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individualwho shares our values and has the necessary skills to manage the demands ofmodern general practice.
The contract would be based on the BMA model contract withan anticipated salary of £11,500 per session, depending on experience. Indemnity fees paid by the practice.
The post holder will be expected to undertake all the normal duties and responsibilities associated with a GP working within primary care, as set by Royal College of General Practitioners, General Medical Council, all other Royal Colleges and Councils applicable to the staff within the Practice, Department of Health, ICB, CQC, and all other regulatory and standard setting organisations.

We stand as four full time GP Partners, we are a training practice working with GP Registrars and Medical Students.
We have a mixed skill set and develop staffing and service provision in relation to need. There are a variety of different meetings through the week and month that we would encourage the successful applicant to be involved in.
The delivery of effective medical care to the entitled population
The provision of services commensurate with the primary care contract
Generic prescribing adhering to local and national guidance
Effective management of long-term conditions
Processing of administration in a timely manner, including referrals, repeat prescription requests and other administrative tasks
On a rotational basis, undertake duty doctor roles
To be able to work and travel between both of our sites and visit patients out in the community
Maintain accurate clinical records in conjunction with good practice, policy and guidance
Work collaboratively, accepting an equal share of the full practice workload
Adhere to best practice recommended through clinical guidelines
Contribute to the successful implementation of continuous improvement and quality initiatives within the practice
Accept delegated responsibility for a specific area (or areas) of the QOF, IIF, LES, DES and any other contracted area when needed
Attend and contribute effectively to practice meetings as required
Contribute effectively to the development and maintenance of the practice including clinical governance and training
Ensure compliance with the appraisal process
Prepare and complete the revalidation process
Support the practice by taking on additional supportive duties and roles, for example non-clinical and clinical staff development, lead roles within the practice for staff support and personal development
