Cherry Hinton Medical Centre in Cambridge is seeking a GP to join a traditional practice led by Cambs GP Network. The post offers 4 sessions per week with a workload of 12–13 patients per session, 15‑minute slots, and a capped duty session with no private work.

The role provides a salary per session with CPD allocation under the BMA model contract, plus paid indemnity. It includes time for team meetings and shared admin using SystmOne and Ardens templates.

Main duties of the job

4 sessions a week available:

Working pattern

• Thursday 2 sessions AM/PM
• Friday 2 sessions AM/PM

12-13 patients per session, blocked time for home visits, blocked time for daily clinical meeting

Capped duty sessions, no care homes

BMA model contract

Monthly clinical closure afternoon for training and team building

SystmOne practice with full Ardens templates

Time allocated for shared administrative and prescription tasks
