Job summary

Flansham Park Health Centre in West Sussex is seeking a motivated GP to join a supportive, training-focused practice. The post involves autonomous work, with development opportunities and a structured duty rota. The salary is set per session with a strong emphasis on patient care and teamwork.

Job summary

Come and join our friendly, forward-thinking and highly supportive training Practice in West Sussex. We offer a lovely working environment in a purpose built building not far from the sea. We have a strong and stable partnership and have a dedicated team of highly skilled clinicians and non clinical members of staff.

We are looking for someone motivated and keen to join our ever growing workforce.

We are offering 6 sessions a week with inclusion on the duty rota, with a starting salary of £12,500 and progression in the future.

Main duties of the job

To work as an autonomous practitioner, responsible for the provision of medical services to the practice population, delivering an excellent standard of clinical care whilst complying with the GMS contract.

Furthermore, the post holder will adhere to the GMC standards for good medical practice, contributing to the effective management of the practice, leading by example, maintaining a positive, collaborative working relationship with the multidisciplinary team.

Job responsibilities

• The delivery of highly effective medical care to the entitled population
• The provision of services commensurate with the GMS contract
