Job summary

Parklands Limited is seeking an enthusiastic and committed GP to join our friendly practice of 3 partners, 4 salaried doctors, 1 full-time pharmacist and 2 ANPs. The practice operates on two sites and supports a forward-thinking PCN, with usual GP duties including clinics, on-call, triage and home visits, delivered with comprehensive nursing and admin teams.

• Two sites, teaching and training practice.
• PCN attached staff including safeguarding support, pharmacy hub, first contact physio, and Evolve team.

Responsibilities

• GP duties include clinics, supervision, on-call, triage and home visits (face-to-face, telephone and virtual).
• Established clinical teams fully supported by care navigation and admin support.

• List size c.10000
• Teaching and training Practice
• 2 sites (inner city and suburban practice areas)
• 6 sessions per week(Wednesday a priority)
• Specialisms supported
• Systmone practice
• Active participation in forward thinking PCN
• Excellent nursing, reception and administration teams, Usual GP duties to include clinics, supervision, oncall, triage and home visits as required and appropriate, both face to face, telephone and virtual.
  Established clinical teams fully supported by excellent care navigation and admin support teams.
• PCN attached staff include Safeguarding support, pharmacy hub (in addition to full time in house pharmacist), first contact physio, and the Evolve team who ensure continuity of care to the elderly and vulnerable. We are a supportive and friendly team, who are very mindful that we need to support and look after our team if we want to support and look after our patients.
