We have a friendly and experienced multidisciplinary team comprising a GP Partner, a Salaried GP, two Practice Nurses, a Healthcare Assistant, and a District Nursing team, supported by a proactive Practice Manager and skilled administrative staff. We pride ourselves on a supportive and collaborative working environment. In addition to providing a full range of general practice services, we run specialist clinics in Respiratory Care, Diabetes, and Cardiovascular Disease. We are also an established training practice, supporting a range of learners, and host a Coding Hub delivering services to practices across Wales.
The post-holder will provide high-quality, patient-centred General Medical Services in accordance with the GMS contract. The role includes the management of acute and chronic conditions, preventative care, and health promotion, while working as part of a multidisciplinary primary care team to deliver safe and effective services to the practice population.
The post-holder will work closely with GP Partners, salaried GPs, nursing staff, allied health professionals, and administrative teams to support the delivery of high-quality patient care.
