Hawk Hiring in Harlow is seeking an experienced Bookkeeper with strong Sage proficiency for a flexible part-time role.

Based in a long-established, family-run automotive workshop, you will own day-to-day accounts, manage ledgers, reconcile figures, handle payroll and VAT returns, and maintain well-organized records.

Hours are 10–15 per week with a salary of £15.00 per hour, and a friendly, supportive team, on-site parking, and a steady workload.

What you will be doing:

• Managing core sales and purchase ledgers, account reconciliations, and routine financial tracking using Sage.
• Handling accounts payable/receivable and maintaining organized digital and paper records.
• Processing payroll and maintaining accurate employee records (payroll experience preferred).
• Preparing routine figures for end-of-month reporting and VAT returns.
