Job summary

Amazon UK Services Ltd. is seeking a Safety Technician to help keep our site safe and compliant. You will conduct risk assessments, monitor day-to-day safety procedures, and produce safety metrics for review by colleagues and managers.

You will collaborate with Operations and other teams to implement new safety measures and continuously improve workplace safety. The role offers hands-on experience within a global company and progression opportunities in WHS.

Qualifications

• NEBOSH or NVQ Level 3 qualification.
• Advanced proficiency in English (CEFR C1).
• Relevant experience using data analysis to generate metrics.
• Knowledge of UK Health and Safety legislation.

Responsibilities

• Carry out risk assessments and audits.
• Monitor the site to ensure processes follow safety procedures.
• Create and update reports on safety metrics for colleagues to review.
• Work with Operations and other teams on safety-related tasks.
• Support in putting new safety measures in place.
