Job summary

Qualifications

• Demonstrable health & safety experience in engineering/manufacturing.
• Experience writing risk assessments, method statements and safe working procedures.
• Strong workshop facilitation and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Excellent written communication and documentation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead risk assessment facilitation sessions with operators and engineers.
• Develop and review safe working procedures aligned with controls.
• Produce formal risk assessment documentation and maintain version control.
• Create two-page visual safety summaries and training materials.
• Coordinate with internal/external media for training assets.
• Manage stakeholder engagement and secure management sign-off.
