Babcock is seeking a Safety Performance and Learning Advisor for the Devonport Royal Dockyard site in Plymouth. You will support the Health and Safety team, coordinate safety activities, maintain records, and help share lessons learned across the organisation.
The role develops skills in safety, compliance, reporting and continuous improvement within a highly regulated defence context, with on-site work and a 35-hour work week.

As a Safety Performance Coordinator, you'll play an important role in helping our Naval Nuclear business maintain a strong safety culture and continuously improve the way we work. Supporting the Health and Safety team, you'll help coordinate safety-related activities, maintain accurate records, monitor actions and support the sharing of lessons learned across the organisation.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong administrative or coordination background who enjoys working with data, managing processes and collaborating with a wide range of stakeholders. In this role, you'll help track safety events and actions, produce reports and performance information, support meetings and investigations, and ensure important learning and improvement activities are effectively captured and communicated across the business. You'll gain valuable experience in a highly regulated environment, developing skills in safety, compliance, reporting and continuous improvement while contributing to the delivery of critical defence programmes.
This role is full time, 35 hours per week and is based on site at Devonport Royal Dockyard.
The successful candidate must be able to achieve and maintain Security Check (SC) security clearance for this role.
