About the Apprenticeship

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage FT’s online SHEQ portal
• Conduct workplace Safety, Health & Environmental inspections and audits
• Support the creation of risk assessments and safe systems of work
• Assist in analysing SHE data and generating improvement reports
• Contribute to the implementation and upkeep of SHE management systems
• Support SHE-related training delivery and materials
• Help investigate accidents, incidents and near misses
• Provide day-to-day admin support to the SHEQ team
• Engage with internal and external stakeholders
• Build your professional competence across all areas of SHE

What You’ll Need

Essential Qualifications:

• GCSE English – Grade C/4 or above
• GCSE Maths – Grade C/4 or above

Training and Development

• Off-the-job training will be delivered by RHG CONSULT LTD
• You will be enrolled on the Safety, Health and Environment Technician Level 3 Apprenticeship
• You’ll receive mentorship and support to help you develop practical knowledge and apply it directly on-site.
