YTL UK invites applications for a Safety, Health and Environment Technician Apprenticeship. You will support the Health and Safety team across water and wastewater operations, promoting a safe, healthy and compliant environment.
You’ll gain practical experience at treatment works, pumping stations and labs, assisting with inspections, audits, risk assessments and safety campaigns while working toward a recognised Level 3 qualification.
Become a Safety, Health, and Environment Technician Apprenticeby gaining aLevel 3without going to university. You will support the Health and Safety team in promoting a safe, healthy and compliant working environment across water and wastewater operations.
The role provides practical experience across treatment works, pumping stations, reservoirs, laboratories, construction sites, network operations and office environments. You will assist with inspections, audits, risk assessments, incident reporting, safety campaigns and health and safety administration, while working towards a recognised health and safety qualification.
It is desirable that you have a basic understanding of workplace health and safety.
15 to 18 months.
For the right candidate who demonstrates appropriate skills and behaviours through their apprenticeship, this will lead to a permanent role.
On completion of this apprenticeship, you will hold a Safety, Health, and Environment Technician Level 3.
You can achieve a Pass or Distinction grade.
