Job summary

PE Global is recruiting for an Equipment Operator to join a leading energy services organisation on a 6-month contract based in Fawley, Hampshire. The role supports safe, efficient field services and equipment operations, preparing equipment and working with crews to ensure standards are met.

Key responsibilities include pre-job/ toolbox meetings, maintaining equipment, wearing PPE, and adhering to HSE policies.

Responsibilities

• Ensure on-time, accurate deliverables for each job.
• Participate in pre-job and toolbox meetings with crew members.
• Maintain equipment in safe working order and report issues.
• Support crew safety and PPE compliance on site.
• Prepare equipment for rig-up and rig-down activities.
• Operate equipment per competency and job requirements.
• Wear PPE and follow HSE policies and procedures.
• Maintain safety training up to date.
• Identify opportunities to improve service delivery on site.
• Assist field and maintenance crews with equipment preparation.
