100 Stagecoach Services Limited is seeking a proactive Safety & Environment Business Partner to join the Safety team. You will partner with Operating Companies across the UK, providing practical guidance on safety, sustainability and environmental matters, and supporting audits and investigations.
You will travel regularly, build trusted relationships with managers and specialists, drive continuous improvement, and coach leaders to strengthen safety culture.
Role Overview We’re looking for a proactive and collaborative Safety & Environment Business Partner to join our Safety team. Reporting to the Head of Safety, you’ll be part of a team of seven Safety & Environment Business Partners who support our Operating Companies across the UK. Acting as a trusted advisor, you’ll provide professional, practical and approachable guidance on safety, sustainability and environmental matters, helping to create safer workplaces and drive continuous improvement. This is a varied, field-based role where you’ll build strong relationships with operational teams, provide assurance through auditing activities, support investigations, and coach leaders to strengthen safety culture and performance. You’ll play a key role in ensuring our Operating Companies meet regulatory requirements while continually improving safety and environmental standards.
