A specialist consultancy in data centers is looking for a Safety & Compliance Manager to ensure high standards of safety and compliance across operations. This role includes managing integrated management systems, coordinating audits, and providing guidance on compliance with safety regulations. Due to continued growth, we are looking for a Safety & Compliance Manager to join our team.

This is a hands‑on management role, ideal for someone who enjoys working closely with operational teams to ensure high standards of safety, compliance, and continuous improvement.

What you’ll be doing:
  • Managing our integrated management systems (ISO 9001, 14001, 45001, 22301, 27001).
  • Coordinating external audits and accreditations including EcoVadis and Achilles.
  • Acting as the day‑to‑day lead for Health & Safety across the business.
  • Supporting incident investigations, audits, and corrective actions.
  • Ensuring compliance with legislation, standards, and internal policies.
  • Providing practical guidance to managers and project teams.
What we’re looking for:
  • NEBOSH General Certificate – essential.
  • Experience in a safety, compliance, or IMS management role.
