Carnival UK is seeking an Assistant Superintendent, Safety and Compliance within the Maritime Team. The role provides delegated QA, coordination and admin support, reporting to the Director, Safety and Compliance, supporting GHESS oversight, investigation quality checks, audit readiness and data integrity across the fleet.

This full-time, permanent role offers hybrid working with up to two days from home, and opportunities to contribute to safety improvements across ships and shore interfaces.

Competenze

• Experience supporting maritime safety, ISM, compliance or risk-management activities within a regulated operational environment.
• Experience supporting audits, investigations and compliance activity.
• Demonstrable experience supporting the operation and upkeep of safety-management systems, data and documentation.

Mansioni

• Support investigations, QA of records, root cause analysis and CAPA tracking to closure.
• Assist audit readiness and follow-up activities through briefings, evidence management and action tracking.
• Maintain safety, occupational health and incident systems with data-quality checks and reporting.
