Job summary

Betway Group is seeking a Regulatory Compliance Officer to support the business by applying online gambling regulations across multiple markets. The role requires maintaining an up‑to‑date compliance program, compiling regulatory reports, and acting as a trusted escalation point for compliance matters.

You will work closely with the Regulatory Compliance Manager and Senior Officers to develop expertise, manage risk, and ensure timely remediation while engaging third‑party service providers in

Qualifications

• Experience working in a compliance related or monitoring role within the online gaming industry.
• Strong analytical, communication (verbal & written) & stakeholder management skills.
• Proven ability to convey regulatory requirements clearly and effectively.

Responsibilities

• Develop & maintain knowledge of online gambling legislation and regulations across multiple markets.
• Execute the compliance monitoring programme and maintain an accurate risk register.
• Compile & submit compliance related reports to regulatory authorities.
• Represent the business at conferences & workshops.
• Deliver and maintain regulatory compliance policies and procedures.
• Manage internal and external compliance audits and remediation actions.
• Maintain relationships with third‑party providers and advise on regulatory issues.
