Job summary

Kent County Council is seeking a Training and Quality Assurance Officer to coordinate the Kent and Medway Safeguarding Adults Board's training and QA activity in Maidstone. The role is customer-facing and requires robust report writing, strong IT skills, and meticulous attention to detail.

You will work with multi-agency partners and support the board's safeguarding work through hybrid working arrangements across the United Kingdom. Interviews are scheduled for 3 December 2026.

Qualifications

• Experience of report writing.
• High standard of verbal, minute taking and literacy skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and MS Teams.
• Attention to detail and good organisation.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate Training and Quality Assurance activity for Kent and Medway Safeguarding Adults Board.
• Work with multi-agency partners to support safeguarding activities.
• Maintain accurate records and produce clear reports for stakeholders.
• Deliver customer-facing support as part of the board's activities.
