Academics Ltd is seeking a seasoned Safeguarding Quality Assurance & Training Officer to lead safeguarding audits across East London education settings. You will review arrangements, identify improvements and coordinate Safer Recruitment training to support DSLs and school leaders.

Applicants should have strong knowledge of safeguarding legislation, governance and ability to advise professionals, with excellent report-writing and stakeholder engagement skills. Salary will align with policy.

Formación

• Experience with safeguarding quality assurance and audits.
• Ability to plan and deliver safeguarding training for DSLs and school leaders.
• Proven skills in report writing and advising professionals and senior leaders.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee safeguarding audits across schools and education settings.
• Identify areas of concern and monitor compliance to recommend improvements.
• Plan and deliver safeguarding and Safer Recruitment training for relevant staff.
• Advise senior leaders and governing bodies on safeguarding policies and practice.
• Produce reports and analyse findings to inform service development.
