The post holder will provide comprehensive support and facilitation to the Safeguarding Team and the wider University Hospitals Coventry & Warwickshire NHS Trust on all aspects of safeguarding. This role involves confidential administrative and clerical activities to meet departmental, Trust and national standards, policies and procedures.

The post holder will be exposed to safeguarding case detail (including neglect and abuse of both adults and children).

Responsabilidades

• Support safeguarding activity through data collection, collation and presentation from diverse sources.
• Assist in assurances that actions from internal and external audits are progressing for Trust committees.
• Collaborate with colleagues to disseminate sensitive safeguarding information appropriately.
• Participate in safeguarding audits under supervision and monitor action plans.
• Maintain high data quality on Trust systems, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
