Alleyn's School in London seeks an experienced safeguarding professional to join as Deputy Designated Safeguarding Lead (DDSL), working with the pastoral team to ensure strong safeguarding across the school. The role is on-site in Dulwich and offered as both part-time (4 days a week) or full-time, with term-time working plus 4 weeks.

We are seeking an experienced safeguarding professional from a statutory or specialist safeguarding background. We are looking for someone calm and highly organised who can operate with authority and clarity in complex safeguarding environments.
The postholder will be formally designated a Deputy Designated Safeguarding Lead (DDSL) under the statutory guidance Keeping Children Safe in Education (KCSIE), working alongside our skilled and well resourced pastoral team to uphold robust, consistent safeguarding practice throughout the School.
This is an on-site role at Alleyn’s School in Dulwich, South London, offered on a part time basis (4 days per week) or full time basis, term time only plus 4 weeks. This is a permanent role with an immediate start, subject to completion of safeguarding checks.
