Be-IT is partnering with a fast-growing UK SaaS business to hire a Software Development Manager. This role blends leadership with hands-on coding, owning performance and development of a section of the engineering team while maintaining technical credibility.

You'll work across a modern stack—NestJS/Node.js, Vue, Redis, SQL Server and SingleStore—and lead a culture of clean code, DevOps, and high collaboration. Expect remote-first work with occasional office travel and strong growth.

Qualifications

• Significant SaaS leadership experience with fast delivery and quality.
• Proven ability to monitor performance and drive improvements.
• Hands-on coding with the ability to review code and influence design.
• Strong DevOps practices and automation mindset.
• Experience building scalable, secure systems.

Responsibilities
