Job summary

Lead Forensics is seeking a Staff level full stack Software Engineer to join our expanding teams building customer facing products. You will technically lead work from design through implementation, delivering nightly deployments in AWS with a DevSecOps approach.

The role focuses on NodeJS microservices, Vue, Redis, SQL Server and SingleStore, with TypeScript fluency (5+ years) essential for this position. Hybrid or remote-first work options within the UK are available.

Qualifications

• Staff level full stack engineer with leadership capabilities.
• Experience delivering large SaaS platforms and modern microservices.
• Strong TypeScript/NodeJS/Vue stack expertise and cloud deployment experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and scoping with stakeholders and break down work into Epics.
• Spike uncertainties and build POCs as needed.
• Collaborate with Product Teams to split work into deliverables.
• Turn stories into production code as an embedded lead developer.
• Ensure code quality, maintainability and operability in production.
• Support live production systems and resolve issues quickly.
• Own design, architecture and implementation decisions.
