Job summary

Lead Forensics in Manchester is seeking a Software Development Manager to lead the customer-facing engineering team and drive performance, quality, and delivery of SaaS products. You will coach developers, implement best practices, and shape the technical strategy across the stack.

The role requires hands-on leadership, strong DevOps discipline, and experience with NestJS/Node.js, Vue, Redis, SQL Server and Snowflake.

Qualifications

Proven experience leading SaaS engineering teams delivering customer-facing products.
