The Role:
As an Onboarding Manager, you'll be the key liaison for new dental clients, ensuring a smooth and confident transition onto our systems. You'll manage the onboarding process from start to finish, providing clear guidance, virtual training, and ongoing support. Your understanding of dental operations will help clients feel supported and set up for long-term success.

What You'll Be Doing:

* Acting as the main point of contact for new dental clients during onboarding
* Guiding teams through system setup, compliance processes, and procedures
* Coordinating with internal departments to ensure smooth transitions
* Delivering engaging virtual training and system walk-throughs
