Qualifications

• Experience as CFO/FD or senior finance leader in SaaS.
• Proven track record guiding exits (trade sale or PE) for a SaaS business.
• Comfort with AI to streamline reporting and forecasting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee financial readiness for exit within six months.
• Prepare financial information and due diligence materials.
• Coordinate data room and respond to buyer enquiries.
• Present a clear financial narrative to buyers/investors.
• Liaise with advisers, auditors, lawyers and external parties.
