Job summary

Reed in London is seeking an FP&A Manager for a SaaS business to own planning, forecasting and commercial finance partnering. You will report to the Finance Director and collaborate with private equity sponsors to shape the financial narrative and drive performance.

Key duties include building the next-generation finance model, owning the annual budget and quarterly reforecasts, monthly sponsor, board and lender reporting, managing SaaS metrics like ARR, NRR, CAC and LTV:CAC, and supporting M&A

Qualifications

• Qualified accountant with at least 5 years post-qualification experience.
• Experience in a SaaS/recurring-revenue business and ARR mechanics.
• Expertise in driver-based and three-statement financial modelling.
• Strong commercial and interpersonal skills for partnering with stakeholders.
• Experience in acquisitive groups and integration of budgets/reporting.
• Proficiency in NetSuite and Salesforce is valuable though not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Plan and model finance: own annual budget, quarterly reforecasts, 13-week cash forecast.
• Manage sponsor, board and lender reporting with narrative.
• Oversee SaaS metrics: ARR/CARR, NRR/GRR, CAC, LTV:CAC; profitability analysis.
• Lead commercial business partnering with sales and leadership.
• Support M&A activity: acquisition models and due diligence.
