Job summary

Digital Waffle is growing and seeking a Software Development Manager to lead and develop an engineering team, driving code quality, performance and continuous improvement. The role combines leadership with hands-on technical work to guide delivery.

You will mentor engineers, promote best practices, and scale secure, maintainable systems using Node.js/NestJS, Vue.js, SQL Server and Snowflake, with DevOps and automated testing at the core of delivery.
