Job summary

Profitero+ is hiring a Deployment Manager to lead the delivery of multiple deployments and upgrades for our SaaS customers. You will own the client relationship from input gathering through to delivery, ensuring outcomes meet business cases.

The role requires 2 years of project management experience, formal PM methods, and a good understanding of ecommerce platforms. This hybrid position is based near Reading, UK, with multiple teams to collaborate with.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in project management.
• Formal Project Management methods.
• Sound understanding of ecommerce, eBusiness tools, architecture, document management and database management.

Responsibilities

• Deployment management from start-up to close-out.
• Prepare all requirements documentation and ensure successful outcomes.
• Provide advice on specifications, cost, timings and implementation.
• Produce timing plans and monitor deployment progress.
• Manage risks, issues and change control for deployments.
• Support onboarding and knowledge enhancement for the team.
