Role Overview:

We are seeking a Delivery Manager to support our Housing SaaS Platforms, including NEC Mobile, NEC Scheduler, NEC Repairs, and NEC Engage. The role involves ensuring platform availability, monitoring, maintenance, support, and stakeholder communication.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor system health and alerting across platforms such as Postgres, Networks, Patroni, and Servers.
• Manage planned maintenance, including patching, upgrades, and hardware planning.
• Coordinate support activities, establish SLAs, and act as point of contact for issues.
• Lead service meetings with stakeholders and report on progress and infrastructure plans.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience managing SaaS products in Housing or Public Sector.
• Technical understanding of Housing SaaS systems and customer usage.
• Relationship management skills and experience with ITIL processes.
• Strong communication skills and ability to manage issues effectively.
• Commercial awareness and decision-making capabilities.
