Job summary

Wealth Dynamix in London is seeking a Senior Technical Project Manager to oversee software initiatives across the full SDLC. You will align engineering, product and operations to deliver timely SaaS releases and drive delivery excellence.

The role requires a strong communicator who can balance agility with rigor, with a track record in Agile/Scrum, release management and stakeholder engagement. FinTech or wealth management experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in project management with SDLC focus.
• Experience delivering Agile/Scrum software projects.
• Strong Scrum Master background in fast-paced SDLC environments.
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Experience in FinTech or wealth management is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead Agile ceremonies for SDLC product teams.
• Coordinate releases and ensure quality and post-release validation.
• Track roadmaps and SaaS delivery milestones.
• Coordinate with Product, Engineering, QA and Operations.
• Maintain delivery discipline and CI/CD practices.
• Identify and mitigate risks early.
• Provide senior stakeholder reporting.
• Foster accountability and continuous improvement.
