Job summary

Hook Norton Veterinary Group in Moreton-in-Marsh is seeking an enthusiastic RVN to take the lead of our small animal branch. This role offers autonomy to shape the branch and grow client relationships while delivering excellent patient care.

You will run nurse-led clinics, drive branch growth, manage day-to-day operations, and contribute to audits and stock control. UK RVN experience, driving licence, and IT proficiency are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 yrs RCVS RVN clinic experience gained in the UK.
• Branch experience is beneficial.
• Confident, practical and self-motivated.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Comfortable with IT systems.

Responsibilities

• Delivering an exceptional client and patient experience.
• Running and growing nurse-led clinics.
• Building strong client relationships and increasing branch engagement.
• Driving caseload and contributing to branch growth and success.
• Managing day-to-day branch operations smoothly and efficiently.
• Stock control and drug ordering.
• Taking part in audits and administration.
