Job summary

Yoh in London is seeking a Software Engineer with commercial Rust experience to contribute to high-integrity software for safety-critical applications. You will work across the full lifecycle, including requirements, development, integration, verification and validation, alongside software, systems and test engineers.

The role is office-based in South West London, circa £65,000, with a strong emphasis on quality and compliance.

Qualifications

• Commercial experience developing software using Rust.
• Around five years' software engineering experience.
• Experience across requirements, development and/or test.
• Exposure to safety-critical or highly regulated environments.
• Knowledge of standards such as IEC 61508, EN 50128, ISO 26262, DEF STAN 00-55 or DO-178.
• A methodical approach to problem-solving and software quality.
• UK working rights and the ability to obtain BPSS security clearance.

• Contribute to requirements, development, integration, verification and validation across the lifecycle.
• Collaborate with software, systems and test engineers.
