Job summary

Barclays Private Banking in London seeks a Private Banking Executive (Russian speaking) to support Relationship Managers in acquiring, onboarding, servicing and retaining clients, delivering overall business goals.

You will assist with marketing banking and investment products, manage complex client requests, and coordinate with Operations and other teams to ensure a high standard of client service.

Qualifications

• Experience in Private Banking or Wealth Management preferred.
• Experience handling complex client servicing and onboarding.
• Sound knowledge of banking products, risk management, and controls.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Fluency in Russian is required.

Responsibilities

• Establish strong client and internal relationships with relationship managers to ensure high-quality service.
• Own client servicing and engagement plans, lead client service review visits.
• Collaborate with other bank areas to deliver end-to-end client experience and satisfaction.
• Point of contact for new account queries and complex servicing requests.
• Ensure compliance with legal/regulatory standards and internal policies.
