Junior Floor Manager

We are seeking an enthusiastic Floor Manager ready to step into a junior management role and advance within their management career. As a key link between management and staff, you will collaborate closely with senior managers, championing your own and your team's career development.

Responsibilities:
  1. Ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction by maintaining exceptional service standards and promptly addressing customer needs.
  2. Drive team sales through effective merchandising, stock replenishment, and team motivation.
  3. Lead and develop the shopfloor team to ensure high performance, engagement, and adherence to store policies and procedures.
  4. Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing shopfloor to enhance the customer shopping experience.
  5. Regularly complete stock replenishment.
  6. Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving complaints professionally.
  7. Assist in managing daily operations, including opening and closing procedures.
  8. Support cash management tasks, such as processing transactions and reconciling tills.
  9. Foster a positive work environment by leading, mentoring, and developing store colleagues to boost performance and engagement.
Role Objectives and KPIs:
  1. Contribute to achieving or exceeding the store's monthly sales targets.
  2. Drive all additional KPIs, including Units, Conversion, ATV, UPT.
  3. Achieve upselling and cross-selling targets.
  4. Maintain a high Net Promoter Score.
  5. Ensure stock accuracy during store audits.
  6. Ensure all new colleagues complete mandatory training.
  7. Achieve employee satisfaction scores or engagement survey results that meet or exceed company benchmarks.
Skills and Experience:
  1. Previous supervisory or management experience in a fast-paced retail or customer-facing environment.
  2. Passionate about retail with a good understanding of the latest trends and competitors.
  3. Experience in coaching and developing individuals.
  4. Strong communication skills.
  5. Attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards on the shop floor.
  6. Ability to promote JD Group values to internal and external stakeholders.
