Job summary

Berrys is seeking a Rural Surveying Lead for the Towcester office to drive the rural surveying practice, lead a multidisciplinary team, and grow our client base across Northamptonshire. The role requires MRICS qualification, a strong Rural consultancy background, and the ability to develop opportunities while maintaining high professional standards.

You will work within a flexible, hybrid model, travelling between sites to meet clients and deliver expert advice on complex rural estate

Qualifications

• MRICS-qualified and proven track record in rural professional practice.
• Experience growing teams and building networks.
• Strong financial awareness and strategic focus.
• Excellent client relationship management and communication skills.
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel between sites.

Responsibilities

• Lead on complex rural estate strategies and advise landowners, investors and institutions.
• Drive growth of our rural surveying offer and expand the client base.
• Oversee rural tenancy management experience and help deliver on delivery obligations with the team.
• Support colleagues with knowledge sharing and professional development.
• Ensure compliance with RICS standards and relevant legislation while improving efficiency.
