The role offers up to £95,000 plus bonus and profit share, with a hybrid working model and supportive path to develop the team as it grows.

Qualifications

• 2+ years' PQE with rural property experience or closely related area.
• Strong technical grounding and commercial awareness.
• Desire for greater responsibility and career development.

Responsibilities

• Advise on rural property transactions and land ownership.
• Handle sales and acquisitions of farms and rural estates.
• Work on agricultural tenancies and renewal projects.
• Participate in strategic land and development matters.
• Assist with renewable energy projects and rights of way.
